Direct Engagement (DE)/Conference Specialist - (Cranford, NJ or Boston, MA)

Key areas of responsibility are: bring the groundbreaking ideas of our prestigious thought leadership client base to high level speaking platforms and meetings: break through to and develop relationships with the highest tier of business conference platforms; design and recommend panel ideas and topics to conference planners; develop and support ongoing conference outreach and interact with agency’s thought leadership clients; and train and develop staff in our direct engagement competency. Requirements include but not limited to: a minimum of 3 years experience in public relations, speakers bureau, or conference content development function; excellent oral and written business communication skills; understanding of worldly themes, news and events; strong critical (analytical, creative) sound judgment when working with team members, client contacts and conference planners; strong organizational and multi-tasking skills; ability to effectively manage multiple projects/deadlines with superior time management skills; self-motivated with commitment to detail and world-class service standards in fast-paced environment; confident, fearless and proactive in developing relationships via phone and in person with potential key contacts and commitment and dedication to the agency’s success as well as individual career.

Sales & Marketing Coordinator – Stern Speakers (Cranford, NJ)

Some key responsibilities include: assisting in the team’s efforts to develop relationships with meeting planners and organizations that need top-tier speakers for their conferences, programs, workshops, online courses and other events; update and post speaker information and media for all speakers on the web site; and contribute creative and innovative ideas for the marketing of clients; conduct comprehensive speaker research to ensure teams are aware of all speaker news, including  daily monitoring of a variety of publications and resources; Ideal candidates have 3+ years experience working in a business setting; previous agency experience a plus, but not required; ability to sell ideas with passion, and  present work in a clear, compelling manner; stellar verbal and written communications skills; have a strong sense of urgency and responsibility, be self-motivated, independent, results-oriented, detail-oriented, adept at multitasking effectively and reprioritizing as required; willing and able to learn new information at a constant, rapid pace and work well under pressure. Digitally Minded Account Executives – All Levels (Cranford, NJ)

Part strategist, part hands-on tactician, ideal candidates have 2+ years experience in digital communications, and demonstrate a strong understanding of the intersection of digital, business and creativity to drive brand communication across all media – websites, mobile, social, multimedia applications, email campaigns and more. Proven ability in WordPress implementation, SEO and internet marketing practices are required, as is the ability to interpret marketing analytics, distill actionable recommendations and communicate them clearly. Candidates will monitor industry trends in digital marketing, measurement, etc. and appropriately apply knowledge for clients. Must be curious and proactive; flexible in accommodating rapid change; effective when working under pressure; thrive in a team environment; and able to effectively manage multiple projects with multiple account teams simultaneously. Strong critical thinking (analytical, creative), time management/prioritization, and verbal/written communication skills required. Experience in HTML5, PHP, CSS, Adobe Creative Suite 5 and graphic design a plus.
